Hit the High Seas on the Fantasy Fiber Cruise!
YES, it’s for REAL! We’re heading out to SEA this Summer on a Fantasy Fiber Cruise! There are knitting cruises, spinning cruises, felting cruises. but never one that’s everything together- until NOW!
Exact classes are still all being decided.. but I’m most likely teaching corespinning, wildcarding, wildplying and my new tailspinning class. I’m trying to get Lexi on board as well.. keep your fingers crossed!
I imagine spinning on the pool deck under the stars, knitting on the pool deck with a frosty umbrella drink, swimming in the ocean and hanging out with friends who are doing the same!! HEAVEN!
So here are the details–

Q: Is there an option to take more than the 2 classes that are included in the price?
A: YES! There are 2 days scheduled of classes (your price includes one day) Classes will be an additional $100 each, plus materials.
Q: Does the price include a single room, or is it a shared room?
A: The price is for a double room (shared) If you have a roommate preference, that can be arranged! Come with your friends!!
Q: Will there be vending?
A: Not in the ‘traditional’ sense of booths and a market, however there may be some goodies for sale from the teachers and it’s rumored Friends and Fiberworks will have something set up at least once during the event. However, it’s recommended to bring what you want to spin and knit.
Q: Can I bring my husband? Are there Non fiber things to do?
A: YES! The rooms are double occupancy, so you will be able to bring a guest. The “guest” price (not including classes) is $767 There will be plenty of non fiber people on the cruise as well, so all “regular” cruise activities will be going on.
As I get more info I will let you know. There are 50 rooms available now. If those sell out we will try to get more.. but it is first come first served, so if you know you want on the boat, I reccomend reserving your space as soon as possible.
See you on the BOAT!
