I’m so excited because I’ve been working with some amazing designers who are writing patterns with and for Jazzturtle Yarns. So often I’m asked, “But what can I DO with it?” that I thought it was time to answer with more than just “Everything!”
Who knew that the boot toppers would be this much of a craze? Well.. I knew.. but that’s another story! This October I had the first pair go to a celebrity!! I’m SO excited!!
Last Fall I spent a day in Asheville filming segments for WLOS ABC 13 Craft Corner segments. Over the last couple months 3 more segments aired and I just found them online.
We always have a great time at SAFF in Asheville! This year was no different- in fact it was even BETTER than usual since we were joined by friends from Picasso’s Moon Yarn Shop and Carolina Fiber Company
I always look forward to Stitches Midwest, because it means a trip home! I get to mix business with pleasure as I stay with Mom, see all my friends and eat all my favorite goodies! This trip didn’t disappoint in anyway!

Carolina Fiber Fest will also hold a special place in my heart since it’s the first festival I ever had a real vending booth. It’s held during the Got to be NC AG Fest, so to say the Fairgrounds are hopping is an understatement!
Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival is my “new” yearly pilgrimage up to Maryland for fiber, fun and CRABS!! This is the second year my handspun and fiber were one of the featured independent artists carried in CloverHill Yarn shop.
